It’s a great reminder to never stop learning. As we get older it’s easy to become sedentary and not challenge ourselves mentally and physically.

Learning something new keeps our brains sharp and keeps life fresh and interesting. My friend Trudy’s mother learned how to swim at age 75. At age 80 she learned how to paint. What will you learn in the coming season?
