A NEW YEAR: Can You Do Something Different? (Webinar)
with Gregg Krech (author of The Art of Taking Action: Lessons from Japanese Psychology)
Wednesday, January 6, 2021
The new year offers us a fresh start. And we may go into this mystery with a bit of hope mixed with trepidation. You may notice your mind saying, “I don’t want to do the same thing again this year.” You may feel mentally exhausted from ten months of a global pandemic that has pulled the plug on so many of last year’s hopes and goals.
So we are where we are.
How do you point yourself in the right direction and then keep yourself on course?
How do you access the courage to make important changes and the discipline to follow through?
How do you adapt to changing and unpredictable circumstances and still do what is controllable?
How do you break free from your karmic imprint and DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
For us, psychologically, it’s a new year but we’ve inherited much of the residue which last year left behind.
Gregg Krech will offer a short presentation with ideas and practical strategies on how to get off to a good start in the new year and then facilitate a discussion about how to make sense of this whole mess and still live a meaningful and productive life. Gregg is the author of numerous books, including The Art of Taking Action: Lessons from Japanese Psychology, and teaches the annual Living on Purpose program which begins January 8, 2021.
