Description
Please join us for Gratitude, Grace and a Month of Self-Reflection, beginning on November 12, 2021. This annual event ushers us into the holiday season, turning our attention toward the gifts and blessings that are embedded in the fabric of our lives. The program is experiential, using the self-reflection practice of Naikan to study our lives and see what we can discover.
While many people believe in the importance and the value of self reflection, few people actually make time for such a practice. Our lives are so busy. But the structure and rhythm of this program, including daily practice exercises, readings and camaraderie of our global community will help you to have a rich and personal self-reflection experience throughout the month.
Participants in the program will receive online resources through the course website, as well as an ebook (print books include an additional charge.)
Gregg Krech will be facilitating this program. Gregg, Director of the ToDo Institute, is the author of five books about Japanese Psychology, including the text for this program (Gratitude, Grace & the Art of Self-Reflection) and has been practicing and teaching the practice of Naikan for over 30 years.
