In our newest and most comprehensive online program, Gregg Krech teaches the basic skills of Japanese Psychology – Attention, Co-existing with Feelings, Acceptance and Self-reflection.
The program has three components –
a) a daily calendar of exercises that create the experiential foundation of the program;
b) reading materials including the text, A Natural Approach to Mental Wellness and selected online readings, and
